Single Family Residence sold for $490,000.00.
Pinnacle Homes is proud to announce the selling of one of our New Luxury Single Family Residences at Cormen Subdivision.
When you think about Miami’s real estate market, you can’t help but think of condos. New towers are popping up every day, but the Single-Family Home Market is doing quite well for itself too. In fact, more single-family homes were sold in Miami during the month of June, 2015 than any other month in Miami’s history. The month beat a 10-year-old record set back in June 2005.
Not only did sales increase year-over-year for both single-family homes and existing condominiums, but median sales prices also rose,” said Christopher Zoller, residential president of the Miami Association of Realtors, in a statement. “An improving jobs market, historic low mortgages rates, and Miami’s reputation as a world-class global city continue to attract domestic and international home buyers who want to live, work, and play in one of America’s most dynamic areas.
